Session Information
The following are details of what I offer at my Home Studio in Riverside, RI. I ask that you please read the following very carefully before booking. I will only be able to book 5 sessions per week. Keep in mind certain dates throughout the year will not be available due to holidays or prior engagements. I will do my best to announce them on my Facebook page in advance.
Privacy Agreement
Clients must agree to not disclose the address of the home studio to any other party. The studio address will be received prior to your shoot once the payments, contracts, and every other detail of the shoot is confirmed.
*Payments and contracts must be completed to receive the address of my home studio.
Model Release Form
Kait Weeden Photography will not post or share any of the photos taken and edited by Kait Weeden Photography from session unless there is a completed model release form by the Client.
Costs / Payment
Each session will have a $75 non-refundable retainer when booking. There will be $25 extra charged per any additional person in each session. The only exception is the Family session includes a maximum of 5 people and then any additional person will be $25 extra. The additional amount of your session you choose will be due before your session date which will be stated on your proposal & invoice or the session will be canceled. I will only be accepting payments through my site via card. I will not be accepting checks, cash, PayPal, or any mobile cash apps at this time.
Cancellation / Reschedule / Sick
If you are sick, and/or have any of the coronavirus symptoms, please let me know prior to your session. We will book at least two weeks after your symptoms go away. If you cannot make the session for any reason, your session will be rescheduled to another mutually agreed upon time and date. Please cancel the day before if possible. If you book a session and do not show, I will be able to book on another day and time that we agree upon. If you are a no show a second time, the deposit is forfeited and you will no longer be able to book with me.
Cancellation Due To Inclement Weather
If it is not possible for the session to take place on the scheduled day due to weather (i.e., rain, floods, hail, lightning, tornadoes, hurricanes, or snow), the session will be rescheduled to the predetermined rain date as outlined in the proposal at no additional charge. The photographer will provide written notice to the client no later than the morning of your scheduled session date. Client agrees they must be available for the designated rain date with same session time. Failure to be available and attend the session on the rain date will result in forfeiture of the deposit and no rescheduling of the session.
Contract
The proposal/invoice will be sent to the email you provide, after you have booked, and it must be completed/signed and sent back prior to your session date listed on your proposal. Once you have completed and returned it back to me, you will receive the private address of my home studio.
Digital Download
Due to storage limits on Kait Weeden Photography gallery website. All Clients must download their personal gallery to their device within 30 days of receiving their official final digital print release gallery. Galleries will be deleted after 30 days from Kait Weeden Photography Pixieset gallery website.
Allergies
*Please make Kait Weeden Photography aware of any allergies prior to you booking your session.
Dogs in home
Please be aware, in case of any allergy, there are two dogs who live in the home. They will be in a separate area for the entirety of your session.
Masking
I am fully vaccinated. Even so, I will be wearing a mask during the sessions unless told otherwise by client.

FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
My home studio is located in Riverside, RI. My sessions are located in my studio. I am available to travel to locations in RI & MA.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos in approximately 3 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery, but also share them, and choose your favorites!
How many pictures will we receive?
It all depends on what session you book. For a 45 minute Cake-Smash the price will include 15 edited digitals. For 30 minute Birthday Mini the session includes 10 edited digitals. For 1hr Birthday Portrait & Cake-Smash package the session includes 30 edited digitals. For 45 minute Family the session includes 25 edited digitals. For Portraits the session includes 8 edited digitals. For Maternity the session includes 20 edited digitals. For Engagement the session includes 20 edited digitals. For Newborn the session includes 15 edited digitals. Finally for Holiday/Seasonal the session edited digitals amount vary. Any additional edited digital will be an extra $15 each.
When are Holiday/Seasonal Mini Sessions available?
I will announce each Holiday/Seasonal Session on my Facebook page. These sessions will only be available on certain dates and times and will have a limited amount of sessions for each. The price listed on my Facebook Page is for one child; any additional person will be $25 each. First come first served on reserving a time slot.
How much will I be charged if I wanted extra edited digital photos from my session?
You will be charged based on how many digital print releases you would like. For 1 digital print release it will cost $15 plus tax. For 3 digital print release it will cost $40 plus tax. For 5 digital print release it will cost $65 plus tax. For 10 digital print release it will cost $100 plus tax.
Why is my session have to be booked at least two weeks out?
The reason you have to wait for your session to be at least two weeks after you book is because I need to make sure all of your supplies that I order online will come in on time for your session.
Allergy
If you have a dog allergy be aware we have two dogs on the property. They will be put in a separate area. Please be aware before you book your session. Also please let me know if you or your child has any food allergies so I can make sure the items are no where in the studio.
What Sessions are being charged an extra $25 per additional person?
Every session includes one person for the price of the session and any additional person, whether it is another child or an adult, is an extra $25 each. The only exception is the Family Session. The Family Session includes a maximum of five people and any additional person after five will be charged and extra $25 each.
Is the location photography fee included in the session price?
No it is not. If you choose a specific location that requires a photography fee, that will be a separate payment and will be required by the client.
